Warranty terms

All products provided by Hoitucorp will be authorized warranty by vendors. They will be fixed and/or repaired for free at Hoitucorp support center if meet following conditions:

1. General warranty policy:

• Warranty seal of Hoitucorp on the device is not broken and also the warranty period is valid.

• The equipment does not be disassembled and the circuit board is untouched.

• The equipment is not damaged by one of the following causes: lightning, fire, natural disasters and bumps.

2. Warranty terms based on contracts:

• Warranty period is based on the contract which is signed between Hoitucorp and customers.

• The equipment does not be disassembled and the circuit board is untouched.

• The equipment is not damaged by one of the following causes: lightning, fire, natural disasters and bumps.

• If there is a advanced replacement service, we will replace an equivalent product for temporary using durring the maintain operation is under proceed. Remote and onsite support time is indicated by contract terms.
